Charlie's Way started as a new branch of a decades old family food service business in the spring of 2020. Charlie is very well known for his generosity, he always has a smile on his face and wants the same for anyone around him.

He also knows a thing or two about good food, as he is Lebanese and brings that cultural flare to all of his creations.  He knows the best way to make good friends, and people happy is through good quality food. Thus his favorite saying,  'we take care' was coined.  It is our take on American staple foods made quickly and with quality ingredients. In our outdoor laid back location, we currently feature a food truck with seating to eat in, or take-out and delivery.
